Turkey Gravy

Measure 2/3 c. drippings from bottom of roaster pan after turkey has been roasted.

Stir in 1/2 c. flour and cook for a few minutes, making a roux. Add salt and pepper to taste.

This is the big hint: stir in a package of turkey gravy mix to the above.

Slowly, add 3 c. water, and bring to a boil.

If you have more drippings, just multiply proportions of ingredients to make more gravy.
