1/4 c. soy sauce
3 T. honey
2 T. vinegar
1½ tsp. garlic powder or a couple of dashed minced garlic
1½ tsp. ginger
1/2 c. oil
Grated onion (use as much or as little as you like) I usually grate 1/4 of an onion
Marinate meat overnight or at least 6 hours.
