Salad de Maison Dressing

Jacquelynn Sokol, from the kitchen of Lindsey Lamoreaux

Juice of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix well and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
