Pistachio Cake

1 Sour Cream White Cake Mix

Follow directions on package except use 4 eggs and add 1 small package pistachio instant pudding mix. Be sure and add extra flour for high altitude adjustment.

Pour into a greased and floured 13 X 9" pan.

Bake as directed on package. Cool.

Frosting:

1 carton (10 oz.) Cool Whip

1/2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix

Gently fold pudding mix into Cool Whip until blended. Frost top of cake. Refrigerate.
