Kyoto Teriyaki Gaze

Judd and Jackers worked at Kyoto in High School and made this in bulk.

1/4 Cornstarch

3 water

2 soy sauce

2 sugar

1 garlic clove to taste

These measurements are parts. Mix powders first, then mix liquids. Turn on heat. Cook until translucent.
