Ham Glaze

My roommate, Peggy Harkness, served this often on ham our freshman year in Tingey Hall, 1971.

1 can crushed pineapple, undrained

1/2 c. brown sugar

2 T. cornstarch

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir until thickened.
