Creamy Potatoes

Jacquelynn Sokol, from the kitchen of Sister Asaad (from the Gold Coast in Australia)

4-5 potatoes

Cream

Seasoning of your choice (I use garlic and lemon pepper)

Mozzarella cheese

Slice potatoes thinly and then boil them until semi cooked. Drain the water and put 1/2 of the potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle with desired seasoning and cheese. Drizzle with cream and repeat from the beginning. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
