2½ c. flour
1T. sugar
1 T. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
2 T. oil
Mix two cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water and oil; mix well. Cover bowl; let sponge 10 minutes. Add remaining flour. Knead five minutes. Let sponge for 5 minutes.
