Raspberry Tarts

From the kitchen of Alisa Chytraus.

Use the Better Homes & Garden Sugar cookie cutout recipe for the shell:

2/3 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all -purpose flour

Mix butter and add sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then beat in egg, milk, and vanilla. Add flour last. Chill dough for 30 minutes. Bake the cookies in muffin or mini muffin tin at 375 for 7 to 8 minutes.

The filling:
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Top with favorite fruit. Raspberries are delicious with this recipe.
