2 chicken breasts
Cornstarch
1 egg
Garlic salt
Pepper
Cut chicken into cubes. Roll in cornstarch garlic salt and pepper mixture. Dip in egg and then fry in oil until light brown.
Put in baking dish with this sauce.
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1tsp. Soy sauce
1 T. Ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. of pineapple juice
Bake chicken for 45 min. @ 360. Serve with white rice.
