Beef Tortilla Bake

1 lb ground beef

2 cans tomato soup

3/4 c. salsa

1/2 water

6 flour tortillas cut into 1” strips

1 c. shredded cheese

Cook beef until brown. Then add all other ingredients; stir in soup, salsa, water, and tortilla. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

*A variation of this recipe calls for 1 can of Stokes green chili verde with pork sauce and 1 can of fiesta cheese soup instead of tomato soup.
