1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 T. minced parsley
1½ tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Mix all together. Shape into balls. Brown the meat in 1 Tablespoon of oil. Remove meatballs and make gravy. Return meatballs to gravy. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or more.
Gravy:
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Stir in 2 cup water and add 3/4 cup sour cream.
