Stuffing Seasoning Mix

Make your own "Stove Top Stuffing" with this easy recipe. It keeps up to 6 months.

Seasoning Mix:


1 tsp. sage

1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon

2 tsp. dried minced onion

Dash ground pepper

1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 T. dried chopped celery

2 tsp. dried parsley


Put in small packets to use when you want to make stuffing.

Saucepan Stuffing:


1¼ c. water

3 T. margarine

4 c. bread cubes

1 packet season mix (above)


In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in bread cubes. Remove from heat, and let stand a few minutes before serving.
