Shrimp Scampi

1 c. white wine

3 tsp. garlic

1/2 c. unsalted butter

Pinch of paprika

1 T. Lemon juice

1/2 tsp. parsley

1 lb. shrimp


Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook until brown. Add all other ingredients, raise temperature, and boil for a minute. Add shrimp to heat through. Put in an oven safe dish and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
