Hot Spiced Cranberry Punch

Mrs. Phelps, Karen’s high school home economics teacher, 1968.

Tie in a cheesecloth bag:

2 tsp. nutmeg

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. allspice

Steep the spices in 20 cups of water for 20 minutes. Remove bag of spices and add:

6 c. sugar

4 c. orange juice

2 c. lemonade

1 gallon cranberry juice cocktail

12 c. hot water

Serve piping hot.

Serves 35, they all will want the recipe.
