Fruit Slush

Karen Sokol, from the kitchen of Diane Mangum, friend and neighbor in the 4th Ward.

3 c. water

1½ c. sugar

1-32 oz. can apricot nectar

or use 1- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade and 1-6 oz. can frozen orange juice

2 pkgs. frozen strawberries

2 bananas, finely diced

1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Heat sugar and water until completely dissolved. Cool. Add all other ingredients. Freeze. Stir in enough 7-Up to make slush.
