Eggs in a Bun

Charlie's mother made these for breakfast when he was little. He remembers having them often because they were so good.

4 hamburger buns, may be day-old

4 small eggs

1 T. melted margarine

Put hamburger buns onto a greased cookie sheet. Cut a circle in the middle, reserving bread. Crack an egg into hole. Make bread crumbs using the taken-out middle bread and melted margarine. Crumble this on top of the egg.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. If you like your eggs softer, bake less time. Makes 4 Eggs in a Bun.
