Cherry Cheesecake

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Beat until fluffy and add:

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 c. lemon juice

1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and pour into a pre-baked piecrust or graham cracker crust.

Chill 2 to 3 hours.

Top with canned cherry pie filling.
