Cafe Rio Rice

4 tsp. Chicken Bouillon
4 tsp. garlic
1 can green chilies
1 tsp. butter
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped onion


Blend ingredients in blender. Put in pan on stove and add 3 cups water bring to boil then add 3 cups rice and simmer for 30 min.
