Broccoli Slaw

1-16 oz. pkg. broccoli Slaw (if you can’t find it, you can grate l lb. of broccoli in the food processor or by hand)

3 T. Chopped green onions (optional)

1 c. roasted, salted, and shelled sunflower seeds

1 c. salted cashew halves

2 pkgs. Chicken Top Ramen noodles (save seasoning packets)

Put noodles in baggie and crush. Mix all the above ingredients and apply all of the following dressing 30 minutes before serving.

Dressing:

2 seasoning packets from Top Ramen

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. white vinegar

3/4 c. oil

1/2 c. water

Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate dressing overnight. Shake well, and add to salad 30 minutes before serving.
