Cafe Rio Chicken

5 lbs. chicken breast
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. cumin
1 T. chili powder
about a half a bottle of zesty Italian dressing (just cover meat. You can
add water if not enough)

Cook in crock-pot on low 5-6 hours.
