Buffalo Chicken Salad Entre

1 pack Penne Pasta

4-5 Stalks Celery

1 Red Pepper

1 tomato

1 Cucumber

1/2 Purple onion (optional)

4-6 chicken breasts

1 bottle Kroger wing sauce

1 bottle Blue Cheese Dressing


Cook then chill Pasta, Chop vegetables, Cook and chill Chicken then chop into small pieces. Coat with 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup wing sauce. Toss vegetables, pasta and chicken. If desired add more wing sauce until salad reaches desired flavor and heat. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing after the salad has been plated.
