Jacquelynn Sokol (Recipe from Sage Hoopiiana)
Sauce:
6 T. sugar
2/3 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 t. salt
Pasta:
12 oz. bowtie
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 bag baby spinach
2-3 chicken breasts
4 green onions (white part only)
Soak the chicken in the sauce and then combine the rest.
