BLT Salad

Hana Sokol

12 oz. mini penne pasta (or pasta of choice) cooked

2 tomatoes diced

1 head of Romaine cleaned and broken

1 to 1½ lb. bacon or turkey bacon cooked and broken into small pieces

Dressing:

2 T. apple cider vinegar

2 T. Mustard (whole grain with garlic) Found in the deli section of Smith’s

3/4 c. Mayo

1/4 c. milk

2 T. Lemon pepper

Dress salad slowly to taste and add more lemon pepper if needed.
