1 package Devils Food chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Andes Chocolate Mints
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together. Batter will be thick. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. After cookies are removed from oven, place 1 (or ½) Andes Mint on each cookie. When melted, swirl lightly with knife.
