Gingerbread House Decorating Frosting

3 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Mix in a bowl until stiff peaks form.

l pound powdered sugar
Add slowly.

1 tsp. vanilla
Add. 

Apply to gingerbread with a pastry frosting bag. Fill pastry bag and tie off with a twist-tie.
Note:  We 4 times this recipe when we do Gingerbread Houses, which means there is plenty of frosting for 5 houses.
