Easy French Bread

from the kitchen of Julie Murphy
 
1 cup water
1.5 tsp salt 
3 cup flour
2.25 tsp yeast (a packet of yeast)

Put in the bread machine in that order, or knead it by hand, let rise, punch it down, let rise in 2 separate balls, then stretch into 2 loaves, let rise again, bake at 400 12-15 min.
