Honey Wheat Bread

from the kitchen of Lindsey Lamoreaux.

1 pkg. yeast
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 cup hot water

Mix and put salt and flour in last. Knead for about 5 min. Put a little oil in a bowl and cover with a towel. Let it double in size in the bowl (about 30 min.). Transfer to a baking sheet. Let it rise again to desired liking (I like the size of about a dinner plate). Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 min.
