Svíčková in a Crock-Pot

This dish is a crock-pot version of a Czech favorite.

3 lb. tenderloin of beef roast

1 tsp. paprika

1 package dry onion soup mix

1 jar sauerkraut

3/4 c. brown sugar

Brown roast on high in a large covered pot for a few minutes. Place in crock-pot with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.
