Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad

1 bag penne pasta or whatever you like

1 green pepper

1 red pepper.

1 can diced tomatoes or 2 fresh

1 big handful sliced mushrooms

1 can sliced olives

8-10 string cheese chopped.

1 pack turkey pepperoni or whatever you like.

1 bottle roasted red pepper Italian dressing. (I like Kraft or Annie’s Naturals)

Cook pasta and rinse immediately to chill. Drain well. Chop veggies and cheese and put everything together in a great big bowl. Mix with about half the bottle of dressing, or until it is dressed enough for you.

It’s best to chill for 1-2 hours before serving, that way you are relaxed before you eat it. If desired you may add a little more dressing right before you serve.
