Muffins

This is the recipe Bob and Hayley, used for the Science Fair.

2 eggs

2 c. milk

1/2 c. oil

4 c. flour

1/2 c. sugar

2 T. baking powder

1½ tsp. salt

Make the same way as the sweet muffins. To make blueberry muffins, gently fold in one can of drained blueberries.
