2½ c. Rice
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3-1/4 c. chopped ham
1/3 c. chopped carrots
2 eggs
1/3 c. Soy sauce or more
Cook rice ahead of time. Then fry 2 eggs to be scrambled. Cook onion and carrot (chopped tiny) and tiny ham chunks. Add in rice and scrambled eggs and then coat with soy sauce until brown and just fry till cooked through.
