Chicken Roll-ups

1 chicken breast

2 packages of crescent rolls or home made crescent rolls

6 oz. cream cheese (either original or chive and onion)

4 T. Margarine

1/4 tsp. pepper

4-5 mushrooms, chopped

1/2 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing (may want to food process smaller)

Boil or grill meat and shred into small pieces. Add cream cheese, mushrooms, and pepper. Scoop a spoonful into crescent rolls and rolls up. Roll in the butter (melted). And then roll in the Stove Top. Bake according to roll instructions. Serve with gravy if desired.

If I run out of the filling I put chocolate chips inside the crescent roll and bake for a delicious treat.
