Chicken Cacciatore

8 boneless chicken thighs

Garlic salt as needed for marinating

2 eggs and sufficient flour for dredging

2 bell peppers sliced

3 c. spaghetti sauce

2 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. Italian seasoning

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. crushed garlic

Season boneless chicken thighs with garlic salt to marinate in all day or overnight. Dredge chicken in egg and flour then brown in olive oil. In same pan cook sliced bell peppers. Add oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed garlic to spaghetti sauce of choice. In baking dish layer chicken, sauce, then bell peppers. Bake at 325 for 1 hour eat atop noodles of choice.
