Bean Dip Platter

1 can bean dip or refried beans

2 avocados, mashed

1 T. lime or lemon juice

Salt and pepper

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 package taco seasoning mix

1/4 c. chopped green onions

1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 large can sliced ripe olives

1 small can diced green chili peppers


Layer on a large platter and serve with corn chips
